I have some trouble to login to my VRM account, can’t change the password when I press forgotten password. I need help! ---

I have tried to login on different units throw the VRMapp and i have also tried throw the webb. I get invalid credentials, then I try to reset but I can’t because of the 2fa, I have tried to reset that too without any success. ---

When you configured 2FA did you keep a copy of the 2FA recovery codes? ---

I don’t remember that I set up a 2fa and I can’t find any trace of that too. ---

It’s not something that is just enabled, there is a registration process. ---

Okay i understand that but a the monent I need help to reset that. I still figure out why I was logged out in the beginning and why my password isn’t working. Haven’t changed my password. ---
