Calculations of the autonomy of a boat

Dear colleagues! I really need your advice!
I am a beginner-electrical engineer - I have been working in the yachting business for a short time! Questions below I don’t understand :

  1. My task is to calculate energy efficiency (autonomy) and select Victron equipment + diesel generator for 15/17-meter displacement yachts.
I understand that I am building a house on the water. Please suggest literature that describes the calculations of the autonomy of a boat (how to modulate situations of energy loss on a boat: when at anchor, when there are a maximum number of people on the boat, etc.). What coefficients exist for household appliances on a boat (after all, the toilet and kettle, for example, do not work on the vessel for 24/7 , but I must take this into account).
  2. What battery capacity should be for bow trusters (4-6 kW) for a 15/17-meter boat? (Is the bow thruster used more often than the stern one?). If I only have a bow thruster - what capacity should it be then?
I want to build a safe boat. =)
When making calculations, I suggest to not rely on experienced ship owners - yachts are built for rent (they will be for people with different experience)

It all depends on how long you want to be purely electric, eventually you’ll run a generator or the main engine to charge.

And fi bow thrusters should only run when the main engine is running, not from a battery.
