Hi recently installed a 48/10000/140 invertet to a Byd LVS battery via a cerbo controller, The battery statis 0Volts so when I connect the Can the inverter trips on low volt ,is there anyway to trick the system to make it charge.
Question is why does the battery report 0 Volts?
BYD iirc have a dedicated breaker / on-off button on the battery. Is that eventually turned to off, causing the batteries to be disconnected from the output terminals, where the BMS is measuring the voltage?
The BYD controller will not allow the battery to initialise if there is a problem.
Have you connected to the BMU to check things there?
Hi guys think I solved it, had low volts from the mppt chargers at the inverter, 47 volt dc once I reconfigured every thing I had 54 volts BYD battery seems to be charging. Thanks Trevor58
