# BMV712 not showing Orion DC DC charge input

Hello. Fitter the Orion Smart DC-DC charger today. Initially it showed x amount of amps on the BMV712 but not it shows nothing is going in through the shunt? It’s wired as diagram so not sure why it doesn’t show anymore. The charge says bulk charge and has output of 13.2V

? Diagram was not uploaded.  
The usual reason for the dc/dc charger current (or other devices) not showing on the shunt current is a wiring error.  
Do ensure that ALL connections other than the battery negative are made to the load side of the shunt, and that the battery negative is the only connection to the Battery terminal of the shunt. The battery negative also must not be connected to ground - the ground also connects to the load side of the shunt.

Just taken to local company. All wired correctly. They will bench test it for me to confirm a faulty unit

Bench test confirmed faulty unit out of the box. Replacement has been sent out
