I have a SmartBMS 12/200 and it has just completely stopped responding, no lights, no bluetooth.
Have fuses on both the positive and the negative and these look OK (continuity test on the multimeter). Have disconnected and reconnected the battery to it. What could cause this to die?
Have you figured out what was wrong? I’m just having the same issue and I don’t know how to proceed.
@oidsfiosdf Support for your Victron product is provided by the resellers and distributors where you bought it. After having checked the connections, connectors and fuses and ensuring the device is still within the warranty period, you can get in touch with the seller and they will then require the item to be returned and tested by them before an RMA will be considered. Ensure you have pictures and as much detail as possible. If the seller is unknown, you can submit a support request on the Victron website and Victron will ask the seller to contact you.
