Hi I received a brand new Multi RS 6000 recently and tried to connect via bluetooth to configure it to, ensure it communicates properly with my batteries. I have a Xiaomi Redmi A2 Android 13(Go edition) phone. This phone connects to the cerbo gx , ecoworthy batteries, a victron MPPT and other bluetooth devices with no problem whatsoever. What is strange is that data seems to be flowing because I see the very basic data shown on the bluetooth icon as it appears on the device list. However on trying to connect the phone just goes into a loop where it seems to connect, start fetching data and then restarts the process without opening the app.
I have tried everything suggested on the threads I found on this such as stopping all other apps which use bluetooth (including the cerbo), restarting the phone, searching for known/suspicious apps which interfere with the bluetooth functionalities in the device. None of this has worked. If anyone has any concrete ideas I would be happy to know.
