# Bluetooth not showing so can't connect

Hi. I have just purchased a second-hand popup jayco and have installed a new battery. Apparently, I need to change the settings in the MPPT 75 15, but my phone can’t find it when scanning. I have read that this may be because the previous owner may still be connected, and it can only have one connection. I have contacted the previous owner but have not heard back is their anyway to reset the bluetooth?

Hi did you try from your phones bluetooth settings or from victron connect app?

Can you first confirm that it is a “Smart Solar” MPPT, not a “Blue Solar”?

Hi, yes it is bluetooth. Previous owner got back to me and disabled his connection. I can now connect 👍.
