What is the difference between one and the other.
Looks like the a182 is running on a old firmware and a update no possible.

The A182 and A189 use different Bluetooth chips. This is the reason that the A182 is missing features like VE.Smart networking and trends. Because newer firmware versions only improve elements of these missing features, new firmware for the A182 is not needed.
