BlueSolar Duo 12/24v 20a SCC010020000 manual and lithium

I have a motorhome with the BlueSolar Duo 12/24v 20a SCC010020000. I have found manuals for similar BlueSolar Duos, but not this one with a small display. I am trying to see if it is compatible with a lithium battery, and how to set it up, as it has a one, maybe 2, digit display, no USB and no bluetooth.

I have checked the website, and they have manuals for 2 Blue Solar Duo’s, but neither look the same as mine and they have USB and a much larger display and the letters PWM.

Can anyone help me with this, either what settings for lithium if compatible, or a manual?

Then maybe I can figure out the 2 flashing red LED’s.

BlueSolar DUO 12/24 “SCC010020000” when you search for it use this.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. LED blinking, short circuit, check the PV and battery, and make sure that they are in correct connection.
  2. LED slowly flashing: fully charged.
  3. LED ON: charging.
  4. LED frequent flashing: battery connected, no charge current.
  5. LED OFF: no battery or over voltage.
    1. Check wires
    2. Reduce Amps if needed
    3. Reset controller

Thank you so much! In the manuals it does not mention lithium batteries, do you know if any of the 3 settings are correct for lithium? Regards

I have not personally used one. It doesn’t look like it was designed for lithium charging

But it doesn’t look like it can have the temperature compensation switched off which isn’t used with lithiums.

Batt 1 is probably the safest one to use.
Not all lithium battery bms can handle the pwm charging though.

So if you are using it just check and see if the battery is tripping at higher voltage.

Thanks, the other 2 PWM’s with a bigger display have a lithium setting, the voltages can be changed. I am not sure how that display shown in the one sheet you linked to is able to connect to the Duo. Thank you for all your help.

From what i understand it was connected by a network cable. But i will reiterate i have no personal experience with the product. I have seen them but never used them.
I think the ones with the display are newer models so will likely be more compatible with lithium
