Hi, Been using a Bluesmart 12V 25A charger in my boat for two years charging my 300Ah lead acid bank. After swapping in a 314Ah Li battery this weekend the changer run for 10-15 minutes and then turns itself off and does not restart unless i unplug it and wait. LED’s are off and it is not visible on bluetooth after it shut down. I have the latest software. I updated setting to Li and the battery has gone from 36% to 50% over a few attempt. Anyone experienced something similar? a search did not show anything but maybe I missed it? How do one get tech support if the item is purchased from Amazon?
