The first list shows the serial number from which the hardware modification has been implemented on each model and includes the model I asked about.
But it isn’t shown under the Europe stock list, so it is not yet listed for availability for my region. As per Guy’s comments I am asking for any news of its availability in Europe.

I try to submit RMA request via

but the form does not accept my serial number.
How can I get replacement as direct as possible. I would like to avoid sending it to the online dealer where I bought it, who might not understand the issue and may not know how to handle it.
As I wrote, I returned my charger to the retailer under the 14-day withdrawal right (Germany) for online purchases in January and got my money back.
How can I ensure, if I order a new one, that it already has a HQ26… serial number?
@M_Lange I see that in your shop the IP22 12/30 (1) is out of stock. Does that mean that you are waiting for the new version?
