Need help configuring Quattro 24/5000/120/100-100

In the Quattro settings, under “AC input control”

OK, that’s controlled via Virtual Switch.

Either Virtual Switch or assistants

you can’t use both

most likely, that’s exactly where your problem lies

Please take a look at your configuration with VE.Configure

If we can’t use both .. then I don’t have a solution. I really should have stayed in bed the day I decided to kit myself out with Victron! It’s one problem after another; I think I’m going to give up. I’ll never get involved in this sort of hopeless project again.

You’re welcome to give me the things
But, honestly, it’s stated there in no uncertain terms, so you can’t blame anyone.
Besides, you’ll get friendly help from the community.

You can give this a try, but I haven’t tested whether the third assistant is processed before the first two have been processed.

These are systems that are very flexible and can be configured in different ways, this also adds some complexity. If you are tackling this as a DIY project, it takes a lot more than some electrical knowledge and watching some youtube videos to make it work.
All the info and tools are available, you just need to invest the time to do the online training, research and, of course, consult an experienced supplier for guidance.
Too often we have members jumping into the deep end and buying equipment before they are sure what they actually need.
These systems aren’t plug and play consumer devices, you really need to know what you’re doing, or get someone to help who does.

As the saying goes “fail to plan, plan to fail”.

I think you scared @MTRZ off with your blunt answer

Nana,

Have a cognac and take a look at the documents, manuals and some training videos from Victron!

Then go back to programming with VE Configure! Yes, the subject is complex, but the system’s benefits are maximised, and you’ll still have complete flexibility for future changes or additional requirements!

Feel free to post photos as well if they might be helpful.
