I have an MPPT and a GX but want to see my battery state of charge on the VRM. I assume I need a BMS but which one? 400watts solar and 2 100amp/hour batteries in series. Thanks

This depends on your battery type. For a simple setup, a smart shunt or BMV series monitor will be fine.

The Smart Battery Sense only reports voltage and temperature and not state of charge. Additionally, it does not interface with GX devices. Not suitable for the original request.
