Help with 100/50 controller

I have an MPPT 100/50 controller which, after being programmed, starts up normally but does not charge — 0 W.

Everything is configured and there are no errors, but it still does nothing.

The configured settings and the controller status are shown below.

The usual problem is often reversed polarity on the array

The other possibility is that the temperature is under 10°C and so charge won’t start? Is it cold there?
