Are deep dips during MPPT optimization checks normal?

Good day!
My first post. (I searched but may have missed an explanation - if so, please just send me a link as I may be using incorrect terminology)
I notice deep dips on the PV yield on one day compared to the dips on the (basically identical and cloudless) previous day. (I have seen this before, but being recently retired, I now have the time to attend to it :))

Running
10000 Muliplus II via a
Cerbo-S GX and a
SolarSmart 250/100 from a few sets of
300W and 330W panels (approx 5% difference in Vmp and Voc)
(No shade between 09:00 and 15:00 at this time of year)

Yes the dips are normal.
There is re tracking every 10 minutes or so even if it is sunny day.

Sometimes the logging catches it sometimes it doesn’t, even on the 60secpnds interval, which is why you see it then maybe you don’t.
