I installed an Arco Zeus in the summer of 2024 and it worked very well. I have a full Victron System on my boat - Multiplus 12v 3000 Charger/Inverter, Lynx 500, 600aH of Victron Smart Batteries, a Cerbo and a Touch 50. About 6 months ago, when I upgraded the Arco Zeus firmware from 1.25 to 1.27, whether coincidentally or not the Arco Zeus showed a fault of Battery out of Range. I have on to Victron and Arco with no success.
Currently my Cerbo sees the Arco Zeus with a firm ware of 1.25, not the 1.29 the the Arco actually has. The feeling is that the Cerbo is not communicating with the Arco.
Further investigation reveals that on the Cerbo-Settings-Devices, I can see the Arco, the Lynx, the Multiplus and the BMV712 for the starter battery but no sign of the System Battery. On the Ve.Can port devices page I have two Victron multiples with instances 0 and 1 but I only have one unit. There is also System battery with an instance of 239 that is not appearing on the Setting-Device list. Is this significsnt.
All other connections have been checked and double checked and in my limited knowledge, I think that the Cerbo is not talking to Arco. Can anybody advise?
