Vitron app in the VRM section

Hi, I have a Victron system in my campervan: a 200 Ah LiFePO4 battery, MultiPlus, Cerbo GX, Orion, BlueSolar and BMS 12/200. I can’t see the Cerbo or the devices in VRM. Can anyone help me, please? Thanks.
