App notifications are greyed out so I can’t change from don’t allow.
How can I get smartshunt alarm notifications on Android?

It sounds like a permissions problem on the device itself.
Can you post a a screenshot of what you are seeing and your android / device information
Sorry, I get notifications on the app itself but no sound or notification if the app is off.
I found out that victron connect doesn’t have a notification system and only shows in the app itself.
