…and I need to add a Victron NS EV Charging Station.
I’m not sure where the cable to connect to the wallbox should start, from the inverter or from the electrical panel.
If you are in doubt, get a professional electrician to do this for you.

How about sharing a schematic and photo of your system?
Normally the output of the inverter is going to go to a circuit breaker box with 40A breaker(s), depending on number of phases in your setup. There’s different ways of configuring the whole system, and not enough info in your post. So @MikeD gave good advice.
