The Victron EVCS wallbox adjusts the car’s charging power based on solar energy availability. Could the wallbox’s programmers add a feature to monitor the load on the individual phases of the inverter and adjust the charging power accordingly? Other loads are also connected to the inverters, so when charging a car, it can easily happen that one of the inverters is overloaded. The idea is that if one of the inverters becomes overloaded, the wallbox would gradually reduce the charging power until the load on the overloaded phase drops—in my case, below 4,000 W. (I have three MPII 5000VA units in a 3-phase configuration.)
