I have an EasySopar 11 GX
48/3000/35
MPPT 250/70
It won’t accept power from my generator
Input voltage is steady 242v
Any ideas?
Have you tried following the guidance in the generator FAQ?

The generator is very stable in output at 242v
I can’t access the software as I don’t have the wiwi password
Been trying for a few days
Tried ai (who gave excellent advice) about resetting the password
But can’t find the reset button
I think it’s behind a blue plastic cover, held by 4 screws on the sides
After much trouble I got the screws out but cant remove the cover (don’t want to force it)
