500A Smart shunt with 2 ve direct outputs?

Hello. Is it possible to split the ve direct connection on the 500A smart shunt?

Currently I have an off grid setup with the Smart Shunt monitoring the battery storage via ve direct cable to the cergo gx which is also connected to the multiplus II and MPPT charge controllers. All working fine. The trouble I’m having is the limited bluetooth range on the smartshunt as it buried behind metal cabinets and cupboards. I understand I can get a ve direct bluetooth dongle which can increase the bluetooth range considerable however, then I can’t connect the shunt to the cerbo gx. It’s one or the other.

Is there a way to have the shunt connected to the cerbo via ve direct and also some how have the shunt connected to an additional dongle to have better bluetooth range?

Thanks in advance.

It’s not impossible, but would require some extra electronics. Why not just remotely connect to the Cerbo and see all the data remotely? Put another way, what are you trying to achieve?

If I want to look at the shunt I just use the VRM tab in Victron Connect. If you then go to Devices then isn’t it the same info as using BT directly to the device?

Yes. The nuance I’m trying to overcome is the shunt is in the caravan and I wish to see it in the Android Auto on the dashboard in the car utalisinf the latest update to Victron Connect App. I can pick up all the other Bluetooth devices, Orion DC/DC, MPPT’s but not the shunt to show overall battery status.
