Low battery warnings are signaled by LED on the Multi/Quattro and in the gui-V1.
In the new gui-v2, however, these warnings are not displayed. You have to dive deep into the device properties of the Multi/Quattro (via the device list) to find the warning in the gui-v2.
Hey @PF_1 , how are you looking at this in gui-v1?
By looking at the mocked up LEDs in the overview page on gui-v1? Those are indeed not available for now in gui-v2.
Or are you getting a warning notification in gui-v1, and not in gui-v2?
When I look at the gui-v1 via a browser, I see the simulated LEDs on the overview page in the same way as when I look directly at the Quattro / Multi signalling a low batery warning. But I neither get a notification in v2, nor do I find corresponding saved entries in the notifications of v2.
I can’t remember at the moment if I had any information in the V1 notifications (but I think I do), I’ll take a few screenshots the next time this happens.
By the way, the order of the notifications in V1 and V2 is different.
Hi, I checked and tested a bit more together with a colleague:
- Indeed those LEDs are no longer there in gui-v2.
- Both gui-v1 and gui-v2 will only switch the backlight on and go to the notifications page in case of alarms. Not warnings, even when configuring the alarm rules in the device list for the inverter/charger to “warnings and alarms”.
In summary, this can be done better; also better than it was in gui-v1. We have a good idea for this, which will be worked on soon - but most likely only after official release of gui-v2.
