3.50~13 GUI-v2: Grid energy shown as AC consumption in AC to DC only system

I have installation where there is no Inverter…

Equipment list is following:

  • 1x Cerbo-S GX
  • 1x PylonTech battery connected to Cerbo via BMS.Can
  • 1x SmartSolar Charger MPPT 75/10 connected to Cerbo via VE.Direct
  • 1x Phoenix Smart IP43 Charger 12|30 (1+1) connected to Cerbo via VE.Direct
  • 1x Energy Meter ET112 connected to Cerbo via Victron Serial to USB cable
  • 1x SmartShunt 500A measuring DC Loads connected to Cerbo via VE.Direct
  • 1x Orion-Tr 12/24-5A not connected to Cerbo as it has no comm interface

Battery is being charged from solar via SmartSolar + unstable grid via Phoenix Smart
AC Input is measured be CG EM ET112 configured as Grid Meter
DC Output is for 27V telco equipment measured by SmartShunt and provided by Orion-Tr
There are few non-essential AC loads behind the Grid Meter (rack light, fan)

In VRM…

AC power is correctly shown on the left side, but also incorrectly on the right side (there is no inverter but there is about 40W of non-essential AC loads - rack light, fan, etc.)

In GUI-v2…

AC power is incorrectly only shown as AC loads
Left side is empty

Phoenix Smart IP43 Charger is connected to Cerbo via VE.Direct

I would expect the correct behavior would be like this:

  • middle block should say Charger instead of Inverter/Charger
  • middle block should say Storage Mode (as per example) instead of Off
  • AC loads should not be visible at all or empty (when no additional AC loads except the AC to DC charger) or displayed as non-essential loads (grid energy minus whatever the AC to DC charger is consuming)
  • clicking middle block should open Charger setting in Device List

A post was merged into an existing topic: Testing out mermaid.js support

How did you manage to make the IP43 show up in the VRM under AC-in?

My setup shows like this, Grid empty and the charger being listed at the bottom:

The charger is also only shown at the bottom when I select to show it as a battery monitor…
