Reset two-factor authentication

Hello,

I recently tried to set up 2FA, but failed to authenticate with the authenticator app when logging in and now need to reset it. Unfortunately, I can’t see the reset button on the login page, even after entering my username and password. The code from the app doesn’t work. I have tried this unsuccessfully in three different browsers (Edge, Firefox and Safari).

Under Preferences / Security / Manage Two-Factor Authentication there is a wrench button which opens a menu to disable the 2FA

It’s not immediately apparent if the issue is with the community, VRM or another Victron system.

Unfortunately, the problem is that I can’t log in without 2FA.

Resolved: Signing in via the link allowed access to be gained and 2FA to be reset. Unfortunately, not very customer-friendly.
