how to change settings on the bluesolar mppt connected to venus os raspberry.

I have my venus os and vrm running on a raspberry pi and all works perfectly.

now i need to change the settings of my mppt's and did that with the bluetooth dongle.

i know its possible to change the settings in vrm protal of my quattro invertor.

The MPPT settings can't not be changed via the VRM portal at this time.

i know they working on this. But in the meantime........

My question is:

can i connect the VE.Direct to usb cable and the VE.Direct bluetooth dongle in parallel together, so i can use the bluetooth victron connect app to change the settings of my mppt changers, or wil i blow somting up.

VE.Direct is a "direct" serial point-to-point communication topology. It is not a bus topology, so you can't have multiple devices connected with VE.Direct.
