Color Control not updating info with live Quattro data post update to 2.71/2.72

Recent update from 2.6 something (maybe2.64?) to 2.71 and 2.72 on the color control during the systems annual service.

3 phase Quattro 5kw system (3 units) for backup for a house.

Color Control sees the system fine and displays data after boot, but this is no longer continualy updated. Always been perfect up to the recent update.

If the CC is rebooted, the curent state updates the displayed data. But any change in state, there are no changes to the data displayed. (also echoed on the VRM portal in the Advanced data displayed)

Downgrade back to 2.71 makes no difference.

Hi Chris, Im havinf a similar problem. Color Conrol on V2.72 and shows the portal was last updated a month ago, but when looking at the customer detail, its updating. There seems to be a big in V2.72 as this was working perfectlky on a previous firmware...

I tried the rollback to 2.71 but it made no difference.

Sadly - i cant go further back to 2,64 (was it ?) - and site is a 3 hr round trip, so i nno rush to take that journey.

Frustrating.

Quattro 5kw units running firmware 159

Suspect its ANOTHER incompatability between existing Quattro firmwares and Color Control software updates. (had these previosuly but created a different issue) Also frustrating not possible to update Quattro / Multiplus firmware over the net - If thats what would cure it.
