48/3000 multiplus-2 GX wont turn on.

48/3000 multiplus-2 GX wont turn on even though dc voltage of 49V is present on input terminals and all components are ok. no burn smell or damage of any kind. new installation.

Attachments: Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Is the remote jumper block in place?

If it is removed then the unit will not turn on.

Hi wkirby, yes remote jumper connected and tested ok.

Have you got a MK3 interface, if so try connecting this and see if it powers up or advise if the MK3 connects and you can access the settings.

If it powers up then disconnect it and see if everything is then ok, I have had this happen myself a few times (if it does happen again then update the firmware to the latest)
