How to physically remove temperature probes

Can anybody tell me how to physically remove the positive and negative temperature probes from the little socket on a Multiplus (or any other Victron product) . I've tried but dont want to destroy them. They do not want to budge..

You have to push in the orange part with a small flat screwdriver and pull the cable out.

Did that. They didn't want to cooperate. At least I know now I was doing it correct. Thanks for the reply.

But did the orange tab move when you pushed it? Or it appeared to be stuck?

Maybe the ferrule serrations (from the crimping) snag/catch a little.

Practice on the empty connectors.

As you push the orange connector (it goes in quite far) rotate the ferrule (blue) slightly (45deg) with a needle nose pliers.

Looks like the ferrule is stuck... Lets us know.
