Phoenix Inverter not visable on Raspberry pi

Hi,

i don‘t see my phoenix 12/800 on the Raspberry pi - the USB - VE Bus Cable is plugged in and it works. c84ebab7-2cb7-48a7-8e75-0b93f9444ca3.jpeg

can anywone say what‘s wrong?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

By ve bus cable are you referring to the one that looks like an ethernet cable?

Or the usb to ve direct cable like the one linked? https://www.victronenergy.com/cables/ve.direct.cable

If it is the latter the only info you will get through the pi is load info. And the inverter will always show as off. It does not have the same data as the ve bus inverters.

I ended up using the ve bluetooth adaptor on mine with victron connect for monitoring since the rest of the system was smart.
