No real time data of PV charger on VRM portal

No real time data of PV charger on VRM portal

Hi all!

Since yesterday I can't get realtime data on VRM portal of my PV production. It was working well since yesterday.

All data is showed in real time (grid consuption, grid charges, batery status), but not PV charger.

This only happens on the console page as show on this image:

In the main page, the real data is showing correctly:

And is showing also correctly on remote console:

What can I do to see real data on VRM portal again?

I reset the system, but has no effect on this.

I think it's on their side.

I observed a similar situation with my solar system.

I asked the developer if there is a known issue.

@Javier Pardo I see realtime data for your installation. What browser are you using?

Hi Teun Lassche, I'm using Google Chrome, but need to say it happens on Victron APP too. All data is real time except PV charge.

Tryied on Firefox with same results, I can see real data for all except PV charge.

@Teun Lassche (Victron Energy Staff) only the DC bus is affected. Has been this way for quite a while now.

You can see the correct data in the remote console but VRM does not refresh. AC bus data shows fine.

I have three installations currently, when on the network. One of those always shows realtime but the others dont. I am also unsure how to get the others to update in realtime. The installations are identical (hardware.

Stesso identico problema anche io. Nemmeno i valori di tensione e corrente della batteria vengono aggiornati in real time. Qualche mese fa funzionava tutto correttamente.

Don't ask me why, but magically system start working again. Now all data is real time. I do nothing to solve it, it solved alone.

My CCGX is not updating in real time also. Rebooted system and it will show for about 2 minutes.
