DC tile not displayed as long as Multi is ON

Hi,


My RPI running VenusOS latest version is unable to display DC tile/loads even the feature is enabled on system settings.

The strange thing is that putting Multi on OFF state makes the tile appears on display.

Do you have any clue why this happen?

do you have a BMV-7?? installed otherwise you dont have a DC system and thus it would be turned off I would think

please send a picture off the Venus GX of the units connected and a picture of the issues.

if you have a BMS you don't need a BMV

Exactly. BMS has his own method to count the energy in and out

Yes but is it conected to the Venus through a VE Direct cable like a BMV is

anyway some bms bms systems do not measure the current in/out.

I have REC BMS connected via CAN bus to CCGX. It can accurately count battery DC current In and Out. All the DC loads are taken into consideration because they are installed after the BMS's shunt
