Split Phase Quattro reading AC input voltage but showing 'Active AC Input Disabled'

Not able to charge batteries. Quattros don't seem to go into charge mode. Voltage readings are present on AC input but Cerbo shows 'Active AC INPUT DISABLED'.

Hi

Did you select the good split phase set up (dualphase 120, 180 or 240 !)

If not, the system will detect the phase but can't synchronise to it !

Hi @D S

what you can try:

-measure AC voltage between phases: is it double of the two phases then it's a real split-phase connection. if lower it is probably two legs of a 3 phase connection and not 180 degrees.

-unselect 'switch as group' so the system will use a single phase input
