Centaur with Phoenix Inverter to solve 60HZ to 50Hz

Hi All,

I have a frequency issue where I need 50Hz output and the Grid is 60Hz.

Want to use the Phoenix inverter 3000/24 together with a Centaur 24/60 to solve that.

Do I need a battery protect on 2x Victron Agm batteries.

Is a Skylla or Phoenix Charger a better option cause of 4 stages charging instead of the Centaur with 3 charging stages.

It is for a household setup.

Thank you

If you don't have any DC loads then a Battery Protect is probably not necessary, you can set cutoff Voltages on the Inverter.
The Skylla range can also provide more charge power (100A) which is closer to the discharge power of the MultiPlus.

I agree with wkirby

Yes that combination would work fine. and give you continuous 3000va at 50hz

the charger size and battery bank size would depend on the size and how long you are needing the load at 50Hz from the inverter.

the pheonix comes in both 12 volt and 24 volt input ranges
