Multiplus 12/1200/50 not switching to charge

Hi, I have a 12/1200/50 multiplus compact that wont switch over to charge when I plug in mains power. I cannot hear the switch that used to flick over to charge previously

Can you confirm that the AC voltage is present at the input and if the voltage is within the range the Multi accept?

Jmême problème, le chargeur marché mais pas l'inverter. Au début le VÉ BUS multi contrôle avait deux diodes en rouge overload et low battery ce qui n'était pas réel. Maintenant plus de diode s'allument que contrôler ?
