We noticed an issue with the 15 minutes data and the one minute data from the VRM portal.
While the 1 minute data is fine, the 15 minutes data has many gaps.

What is the cause of it?

The two data files are totally different types of reports. One is the kwh report and the other is all the data in two different formats. I think you may have selected one of each for your two different dat ranges. You can see it in the file names.
When you choose to download you have several options....

We understand the difference between the two. please take a look in the attached files, both files contains the same duration (19.8.2020)
The first file (kw, power) provides a view of the system every minute. this file is fine, so there is no problem with the gateway reporting to victron cloud.
The second file (kwh, energy, 15 minutes) provides an aggregated view of the system. the resolution is not constant, and for a full day we get 13 records out of 96 possible records.
Something is wrong in the way Victron calculates the 15 minutes interval, or we totally missing the point of aggregated values...
Any help will be appreciated.
