I have a MPPT 75/10 producing an output of 16.3 volts ?

I have a MPPT 75/10 connected to 2x40 watt 12v solar panels in parallel, and then to 2 x 12 lead acid batteries. It seemed to be running fine for the last 2 years , but It has just started producing an output of 16.3 volts - why would this have happened ?

It happened me once when I connected the solar panels before the battery. It was easyliy fixed by disconnecting everything and let it sit for 10 minutes before connecting the battery first and then the panels.

Thanks , I disconnected both panels and batteries, left it off for 20 minutes - reconnected , now supplying 13.4 volts , all sorted .
