Progressive Dynamics Converter with LFP batteries

Can anyone comment on the suitability of a Progressive Dynamics PD9140-24L converter for use in charging a pair of LFP 25.6/200 batteries being monitored by a ve.bus bms? I am interested in having this to assist my Quattro when there is grid or generator connected power to charge the batteries as fast as possible.

It seems these are set for a 29.2v charge voltage which is slightly beyond the 28.8v limit stated in the battery manual. This would work out to 3.65v per cell which is below the thresholds enforced by the BMS (3.9v I believe). I think I could greatly reduce risk by putting a BP-65 on the positive line from the converter. I can have the BP triggered by the BMS Charge Disconnect remote wire.

Does this seem like a feasible setup?

Thanks!
