MultiPlus 230V 12/3000/120 VE.Bus

Just a question about getting this unit up and running in the most basic form. I have this unit and would like to plug the battery in and get it inverting with no configuration (I.E. Plug and Play) or will I need to have some type of VE.Bus device connected?

When I try to power this unit up I get VE.Bus error 4. I've got a Venus but wanted to get this unit just up and running real quickly without moving my setup around just yet.

Looks like this unit may have been setup in Parallel mode previously so I might need to factory reset it first...

You have to setup the device for your system (charging current/voltage, discharge voltage).
For that you need a MK3 interface or a GX device with internet connection.
