Mode push switch wont work.

I have just installed a new Phoenix Inverter Smart 12/2000. The push button mode switch will not work even if held on for more than ten seconds. The unit will change modes correctly using Bluetooth. How do I get the push button to work?

Are you saying that pressing the mode button does not switch 'ECO' mode on/off?

Thats correct. Pushing the mode switch does nothing.
