BMV-712 not showing the correct state of charge? How can I reset it?

My smart BMV-712 is telling me that my batteries are at 40% and that the time left is just a few hours. The problem is that I know that the battery are fully charged. How can I fix this? I think it should be an adjustment somewhere, but I can't figure out what. Help please. Thanks

Hi,

The easiest way is to open the BMV-712 using VictronConnect, and then once you are certain the battery is full, select synchronise SOC to 100%.

If you find that it is drifting out of an accurate state of charge over time, you will need to make other adjustments. You can find more by reading the other BMV topic questions on the community.
