Hi,
I have a client whose 10 kVA Quattro switch off due to overload when the AC loads were very low (about 400 watts) and his batteries were fully charged with solar power available. What could have possibly caused this? This happened immediately after the grid was switched off by utility provider in SA due to loadshedding.

If not the best way might be to contact your distributor for support, also if you can share the VRM id I can take a look for you.
overload can be due to a lot of things...
I am having the same problem, house is empty hardly any loads and every now and then i have overload and it switches off when power fails . Its a UPS config with 8 x 220 ah victron agm.
Hi Martin, with what you're describing nobody can give an answer.
please:
-describe the system (components?)
-measure / show what DC voltage and current does when you disconnect grid
-measure AC current when this happens
-everything else that might be relevant.
