@Eric Peetoom, this sounds like you have something (perhaps a wire remnant or a ziptie or a stick or something) in one of your fans. The fans are difficult to see (top of the unit, behind a grate that is about 1" below the top cap), but you should look in there and try to clear the obstruction; a mechanic's telescoping inspection mirror like this one will help you identify the problem (a makeshift version can pretty easily be made).

It's also possible that one of the fans has a bearing that's going out, but that typically makes a different sound than this.

Het geluid is inderdaad van de fan. hij draaide zich ook niet om. maar schudt heen en weer. Als ik het stil houd, is het geluid verdwenen. hij is volledig vrij. de ventilator zal kapot zijn. en is dit gemakkelijk te vervangen. Bij voorbaat dank

Deze is vrij eenvoudig te vervangen, maar hiervoor moeten wel alle aansluitingen even los. en je moet aan beide zijkanten twee schroeven kunnen bereiken (philips kruiskop, zelfde als frontpaneel)

Jamicon JF1238B2HR133-204R. (24V dc 120x120mm)

The fan can be replaced easily, you'll need to disconnect all wires, and unscrew two screws on either side of the unit.
