DVCC with new VE.Can Smart Solar devices.

Is it possible to still use DVCC with VE.Can smart solars? The information on the CCGX states that VE.Can solar chargers are not supported, however, I just need clarification that this is also the case for the newer Smart Solar devices.

Many thanks.

Yes DVCC will work with the new SmartSolar VE.Can MPPT's.

They basically have the same capability as the regular VE.Direct only SmartSolar charger's + have the additional VE.Can interface and daisy chain capability.

@Mark

Just to clarify.

I have 2 "old" Blue sollar charger MPPT 150/85 that i run over Ve.CAN with a CCGX
They will not work with DVCC.

I will soon upgrade the system to a total total of 15 kw and install litium batteris.

So if i get 3/4 units of Smartsolar MPPT 250/100 Ve.CAN then the DVCC will work correctly?
