SOC Reads 0% After Firmware Update

Today I updated all firmware for my components: CCGX, BMV-712, SmartSolar, and Multiplus. Before the updates, the BMV-712 was reporting the SOC just fine. Now the BMV-712 shows 0% SOC (and the voltage is correct).

Any ideas as to where to look/troubleshoot?

I had exactly the same problem. The only thing that worked for me was to manually sync the SOC to 100%

Although the batteries weren’t strictly at 100% the bmv should align itself correctly after a few discharges.
