Hi,
I'm using a Venus GX and would like to incorporate tank level sensors for our domestic water tanks. The tanks are around 2.5m deep and I would like to be able to use the tank level sensor input of the Venus GX to determine the volume inside the tanks. I've not come across any sensors that can cope with this depth. Does anyone have any options?

Good Morning @Casper, We provide tank monitoring using a differential pressure transmitter that is no too expensive. https://www.safiery.com/tanks It is a 0-5V output, however, we presently have a project to simply convert this into 0-180Ohm range. I currently use a pressure sensor (located at the bottom of the tank plumbing) on a 20ma current loop (industralia quality). I think I use 1bar FSD but lower pressures would give you more resolution. These are also very usefull for water pump controllers as they are fast acting and very precise.
Victron is working on a 20ma current loop interface box which is in the prototype stage I believe.
