ArgoFet energize input fuse

Hello,i have installed an argoFet 200A with 2 output.

Energize input is powered by 12V from a fuse directly connected to startbattery, after mainswitch

I dont find ignition power that the reason i powered directlys from mainswitch,

This fuse blow almost every time i stop the engine,,,

what can be the problem, is there anybody having this problem?

Hi Stein,

The maximum current is 20A, but this is usually only there during a short moment, and it is not present for long enough to blow a 5A fuse. The normal running current is much lower.

What size is your fuse? and are you using a slow-blow fuse?

Hello, fuse size is 10A, i have tried 20A too, but its the same, it blow anyway, i think it is jnder stopping engine it happend,

Maybe a solution is to find ignition power and connect via relay, so when engine stop, the power on energize input disapppear...
