BlueSmart IP 22 charging with AGM and LifePo4

I have the above charger with two outlets which go to two separate banks of AGM batteries. I need to change one bank as it is at the end of it's life, if I change it to a LifePo4 battery and set the charger to Lithium charging will it be detrimental to the AGM battery that is left. They are not connected.

I am doing exactly the same thing, what i have done is connect the main AGM battery and maintain the AGM charge setting and use a Orion-TR at a constant output voltage (27.6v) to charge my Lifepo4 bank. This has some disadvantages because all current goes trough the AGM bank but since I am only using this for a couple of months a year it would be no problem.
