Multi RS 48/6000 + cerbo gx pylontech battery. incorrect SOC in MultiRS

Hi All

I have a "pylontech" (reality unbranded but shows up correctly in cerbogx CANBUS). connected to cerbogx

also multi RS connected to the VE.CAN on cerbo gx.

Cerbo GX shows correct battery state of charge.

but
however, the Multi-RS still shows the incorrect "state of charge" for the pylontech battery in its own "victron connect connection".

how do I rectify?

In your Cerbo Console take a look on this setting:

Settings->System setup->Battery monitor->Pylontech battery on CAN-bus

Any other setting is invalid for your setup.

hello does anyone have an idea about solving this problem?

Cerbo GX and Pylontech Battery show 33% state of charge.

the Multi RS shows "100% state of charge".

Battery Monitor in Cerbo GX is set to Pylontech battery on CAN-BUS
Battery Measurements is set to the "LFP Battery" and is visible.

firmware versions are:
CerboGX is 2.94
MultiRS 48/6000 1.11

I see that "DVCC" is forced on. and "SCS Status" is "Disabled External Control"

One of the issues with batteries that pretend to be pylontech is they won't charge properly because actual pylontechs have much lower CVL's. You will need to update to the v3 RC which will fix that part of the equation.

As for the RS, make sure it is up to date and connected as per the docs.

sadly having the latest cerbogx firmware's done nothing... the multi-rs simply doesn't read the SOC from the CerboGX and does not allow the cerbogx to take control of the charging / discharging via DVCC.

this is using cerbogx firmware 3.0.66 and multi rs 48 v 1.11

as I can see this could be a bug? has anyone else faced such an issue?
