Batterie cells in series

HI every one,

i have 16 LifePo4 Cells, 15 of them are very good but 1 is not as good as others.

the bad one is not so bad to return it , the others are just slightly better.

in which order should i put the cells in series together?

which of the following answers could be correct?

-the bad one next/ before the best one?

-the bad one as the first cell and connected to the (+) pole?

- it really doesn't matter where to put the bad one?

Give more information, what makes the cell so bad or better why do you think the cell is bad

thanks for the answer,

i charged all of therm in Parallel to 3,6 V and then removed the connections and left them (indivisualy and witout any connection ) for 10 days, after 10 days, 15 of them dropped to 3,52 and one of therm to 3,44, so i think this one is the bad one, but i cant return it since i revived them end of December (delivery from china)
